The turnaround time for receiving your final designs is not set to a specific date, as it depends on the project's complexity. At the beginning of the project, I typically provide an estimated completion date. Keep in mind that factors affecting this estimate include the number of revisions and potential communication delays. However, I strive to deliver the project within a month or even sooner, depending on the project's intricacy.

Yes, there is a minimum threshold for collaboration, which starts at a budget of $1000 or more. As a solo designer, my capacity is limited, and while I'm enthusiastic about taking on every project that comes my way, it's important to set this threshold due to my current workload.

The number of free revisions you'll receive can vary depending on the pre-built or custom package we agree upon, typically ranging from 1 to 3 revisions. After that, additional revisions may incur a fee of 20% to 25% that may be added to your invoice or billed separately.

A 50% deposit is required for every custom package, and this initial payment is non-refundable as it covers the project's initial costs. The remaining 50% can be paid upon project completion or split into multiple payments. If the second half has been paid in advance, a refund can be requested for that portion only. For pre-built packages, the full payment is due at the start, with a similar 50% non-refundable rule to cover project start-up costs. However, if no work has been initiated by me (the designer), a full refund can be provided.
